YCS Holdings Ltd. doing business as Pittman Asphalt in Prince George, BC is part of an international group of construction companies and a leader in our industry.
We are looking for a flexible, part time, seasonal Administrative Assistant to work in our Prince George office.
On occasion, travel may be required to our offices in Mackenzie and Quesnel.
Responsibilities are primarily Accounts Payable but may also include Accounts Receivable, Payroll data entry, and general office duties.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in office administration
A high school diploma
Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with JD Edwards software preferable
Post-secondary courses in accounting / finance preferable.
