The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant role will focus on recruitment activity within the Moncton region, and in particular Customer Care positions for Rogers Care and Technical Support Call Center. The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant will partner with line management to ensure the short and long term recruitment requirements for the business are met.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
• Partners with management team to have an understanding of their business objectives and corresponding staffing needs and to develop an overall recruitment strategy to recruit top talent for the Customer Service Consultant role.
• Develops and executes effective and efficient recruitment solutions from a variety of diverse sources applying market knowledge.
• Facilitates the entire recruiting process, such as; creating and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting references and creating offer packages.
• Networks with other internal and external sources on best practices, processes and other relevant information.
• Provides appropriate, relevant and timely feedback to applicants and clients.
• Maximizes the efficiency and timeliness of recruitment processes while demonstrating the highest level of quality and integrity to potential hires.
• Be an ambassador within Talent Acquisition
 
 Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in a recruitment position where talent acquisition was a primary job responsibility
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field of study (human resources) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Ability to adapt to change
• Results driven
• Personal computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual: French and English (written and spoken) required
 
 
 Competencies:
• Recruitment and selection experience in call centre/customer service/sales/agency environment preferred.
• Experience with behavioural and competency based interviewing.
• Applies competency-based selection process and tools for assessment decisions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sourcing channels and contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a deadline oriented environment a must.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and dedicated to the accomplishment of both team and individual objectives.
