What you will be doing.

Reporting into the Manager, Consumer Digital Planning & Operations, this position is responsible for supporting the Digital team in the implementation of digital projects and ongoing maintenance of platforms/websites to align with the campaigns, product and pricing updates.


  • Initiate and oversee routine and standard requests related to digital projects through working with stakeholders, creative teams and IT teams across the organization
  • Ensure adherence to standards, processes, documentation, and approvals in the change request cycle
  • Manage concurrent initiatives using effective judgment and time management
  • Support intake process for digital channels team through effective prioritization and collaboration
  • Other duties as assigned


    What you need.

  • Business degree or technical degree with a strong understanding of business issues
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a coordinator or analyst capacity
  • Solid ability to deliver to expectations
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important
  • Experience working with IT and good understanding of sales processes, pricing and marketing
  • Experience with user experience, design and web development is a definite asset
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Experience with Jira, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban a plus

Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
