We are looking for talented individuals to join our Organization Development Research & Advisory team, a group of passionate analytics and behavioural science experts engaging in impactful research to shape the people practices and strategies at Rogers. The Research & Advisory team is seeking a Research Consultant to partner with the Leadership Development team to create a robust reporting/analytics system to generate leadership insights, as well as perform rigorous research to inform the leadership development strategy across Rogers. The Research Consultant will become the Rogers leadership research and analytics expert and will be tasked with building strong relationships with Organization Development stakeholders to conduct high impact research to drive strong performance across Rogers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a reporting and analytics system to generate leadership and career development insights for business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Engage in leadership and career development research (e.g., quantitative, qualitative, literature reviews, external benchmarking) to inform leadership development strategy
  • Conduct statistical analysis using survey, archival, and behavioral data
  • Manage stakeholder and internal client relationships
  • Prepare various executive-level management reports that make use of key insights in a clear, concise and compelling way
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to influence OD stakeholders and partners to take action on the results

 

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education required, post-graduate level education preferred (e.g., Masters)
  • Major in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Sociology, Behavioral Economics, Industrial Relations, or related field is preferred; Interest in and knowledge of leadership and career development research and practice preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional work experience
  • Expertise in statistical methods (e.g., t-test, correlation, ANOVA, regression, etc.), statistical programs (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, design, and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse groups and stakeholders to achieve results
  • Strong customer service mindset and business acumen; Demonstrated personal initiative qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to work with a wide range of individuals and subject matter experts
