What you will be doing:
 

  • Define the primary metrics to characterize, analyze and measure the success of the test cases and identify secondary metrics to gather insights for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Define and Publish performance test metrics that will be used by Learning Lab, Release Management and automation test frameworks
  • Lead the insights and analytics activities for validating impact of test cases’ success/failure on other parts of the business
  • Advise the executive team on these insights related to user behavior, customer experience, growth, retention, NPS, and other key business metrics
  • Create dashboards and reports to guide internal release management and testing decisions
  • Responsible for supporting the end to end Learning Lab eco-system with a focus on reporting and analyses.


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineeering and / or
  • Major in Maths/Analytics and IT/Data Management an asset
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Atlassian products required
  • Experience performing business analysis within a large enterprise covering both business and information technology domains using Agile SCRUM methodology, preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Knowledge of IT data management systems, including Oracle, Microsoft and Hadoop based databases
  • Exceptionally high standards in communicating the results of analysis in a clear and effective manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed data analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex data products
  • High energy, motivated self-starter with ability to take direction
