Seeking a bilingual Reporting Analyst for the EBU Operations - Metrics & Analytics team who will be accountable for customer reports. In this role, you will be challenged to deliver high caliber reports necessary to communicate information and aid in analysis to support our customers. This individual will work closely with the Client Services and Customer Delivery teams, reporting directly to the Manager, Operations Reporting.



  • Customer Service Overview Reporting: Responsible for compiling monthly service overview reporting and SLA results to support the customers. This role will be required to assist the progress of standardization in this area, however there will always be a requirement to support custom reporting to meet specific customer requirements (SLA)
  • Be able to analyze the reports and provide commentary that is user friendly and speaks to the story behind the numbers
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams to gain an understanding of their strategies, objectives, and tactics to enhance and develop a comprehensive measurement plan
  • Work closely with the manager on the implementation and use of analytics
  • Work to automate existing contractually obligated external client reports to reduce manual manipulation, improve data quality and agility, thereby, reducing the risk of not meeting our SLA obligations
  • Handle ad-hoc requests



  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both in French and English
  • 5+ years of applicable work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SQL and VBA skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer and SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of SSIS packages
  • Knowledge of V21 will be an asset
  • Comfortable working with and analyzing large sets of data and creating management and summary reports
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and a creative problem solver
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively report findings and influence change within the organization
