We are looking for talented individuals to join our Organization Development Research & Advisory team, a group of passionate analytics and behavioural science experts engaging in impactful research to shape the people practices and strategies at Rogers. The Research & Advisory team is seeking a Senior Research Consultant to be the Rogers culture and employee engagement research expert. A primary objective of this role will be to partner with the employee survey program manager to design and deliver the employee survey as well as lead the analysis of the survey data. The second objective of this role is use research to inform culture, engagement, and management strategy across Rogers. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with Organization Development stakeholders and HR Business Partners to drive improvements across Rogers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Rogers culture and employee engagement research expert
  • Play an integral role in the delivery of the annual company-wide employee engagement survey including seeking stakeholder feedback, survey development, report design, communications, data analysis, action plan tracking, and program evaluation
  • Engage in high-impact culture and engagement research (e.g., quantitative, qualitative, literature reviews)
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis using survey, archival, and behavioral data.
  • Prepare and publish various executive-level management reports that make use of key insights in a clear, concise and compelling way
  • Manage stakeholder, internal client, and vendor relationships
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to influence leaders to take action on the results.
  • Mentor and coach team members and analysts on advanced research and statistical methods

 

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education required, post-graduate level education preferred (e.g., Ph.D.)
  • Major in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Sociology, Behavioral Economics, Industrial Relations, or related field is preferred; Interest in and expertise in organizational culture and employee engagement research and practice preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional work experience
  • Expertise in advanced statistical methods (e.g., t-test, correlation, regression, factor analysis, ANOVA, SEM, LASSO, random forests, etc.), statistical programs (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, AMOS) and Microsoft Excel
  • Motivated self-starter that requires minimal direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, design, and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse groups and stakeholders to achieve results
  • Ability to support / facilitate focus group and feedback sessions
  • Strong customer service mindset and business acumen; Demonstrated personal initiative qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to work with a wide range of individuals and subject matter experts
