What you will be doing:

  • Understand and connect large volumes of data and analyse the different data sets to find patterns, trends, and insights to capture a good view of the audience and/or campaign performance.
  • Develop statistical models for prediction and segmentation of audience data and campaign results.
  • Define and maintain data-driven audience segments covering first and third party data for purpose of digital advertising.
  • Design segmentation strategies based on behavioural data, market research, testing of new ideas, as well as continues tracking of results.
  • Develop automated processes to report on and analyse performance advertising campaigns, audiences segments, and predictive models.
  • Work with the team to create an on-going process of data-driven optimization of advertising performance as well as innovative approaches to new product ideas.

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics or other quantitative field is required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in area of data analytics and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with database query and analytics tools/software such as SQL and SAS
  • Capabilities with statistical programming languages, example R or Python is plus.
  • Experience with audience analytics and segmentation tools, example Web Analytics; Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Data Management Platform; Adobe Audience Manager, is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to details.
  • Excellent time management and problems solving skills and capacity to work independently.
  • Flexible to adjust to evolving business needs with ability to understand objectives and communicate with non-technical partners.
  • Passionate about new ideas and emerging market trends.
