Talent Hunter

AKA a Recruitment Specialist who is relentless in seeking the best possible retail talent.  As part of our AWESOME Retail Recruitment team, you will partner with our Store Managers to hire for our stores  across BC.

As a Talent Hunter you add value by…

  • Determining the most effective methods for finding and engaging great talent: what, where and how
  • Influencing the frontline. Helping evolve the face of Rogers retail and our customer experience through the talent you bring in
